Our Team
I’m a Certified Translator and Interpreter endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia and a founding member of GOOD IAGO Translations. With more than 30,000 hours’ worth of experience in interpretation in different languages and areas in over 10 countries, I have served as a front-line interpreter at high-level events, including two presidential inaugurations and the signing of the Peace Accords in Cartagena. I focus on expanding the company’s business channels and ensuring top-level quality standards for current clients. I bring to the table my vision through constant initiatives to achieve excellence, encouraging the team to go above and beyond both in their personal and professional endeavors!
As the leader of our company’s administrative processes, I bring together my expertise in Modern Languages, alongside MAs in Education and Translation/Interpretation, to drive both business success and client satisfaction. At GOOD IAGO Translations, I am deeply committed to delivering excellence, ensuring that every interaction is clear, assertive, and meaningful. From the very beginning, as a founding member, I've infused our journey with dedication, organization, and a touch of spontaneity. In my role at GOOD IAGO, I am devoted to ensuring that every logistical interaction is seamless and meaningful, creating vibrant connections between clients, interpreters and end recipients. As a certified Italian translator and interpreter, I am passionate about breaking down language barriers and fostering deep cultural connections. My training in Italy has nurtured my understanding and love for the art of interpretation and translation. Travelling and discovering new cultures fuels my desire to learn and grow. Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages (English - French) with a minor in Translation – 3 years of experience in humanitarian aid, training and high-level meetings.Service provider for events for the United States Embassy, the European Union, the National Government of Colombia and private sector companies.I started out at GOOD IAGO Translations as an equipment technician, and went on to take the role of interpreter and translator while becoming familiar with the profession through business and family support.Flexibility for convenience and satisfaction is everything.
I bring to GOOD IAGO Translations my experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager and publicist, and I have a degree in Musical Arts. I lead the company’s digital strategy, managing the presence on social media and fostering an active and engaged community. My creative approach and my training in communication have allowed me to drive the growth of the brand and strengthen its visibility. Throughout my career I have prioritized innovation, continuous development and creativity, always oriented towards effective results and solid relationships with the community. Bachelor in Business Administration, with 12 years’ experience providing translation and interpretation services involving different languages, and fields of expertise. I bring first-rate expertise to the business on areas such as: insurance, technology, data analysis. I am particularly grateful to GOOD IAGO for their contribution to my professional growth. Master in International Auditing, Specialist in Fiscal Auditing and Comptrollership. My auditing firm, Financial Control Group, is certified in ISAs and Full IFRS by ICAEW and ACCA. Over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of advising companies nationally and abroad. I bring to the table an auditing firm committed to excellence in financial control and auditing. Throughout our career, we have led with a clear vision of integrity and professional rigor, and with GOOD IAGO Translations we focus on ensuring transparency and compliance in all of the company's financial processes.
I am an industrial engineer with over 14 years of experience driving strategic and operational success in companies in the service sector.
